The place was cleaned during my visit, and the food and service were both good. One staff member named Sharvin caught my attention; he was very friendly to all the customers and extremely helpful. Kudos to him!

Food was good, Chicken and fries were crispy and fresh, but service was disappointing. During order time we selected table service but they didn’t serve our food at the table. We had to go to the counter and collect our food..

The place is super crowded. The workers are super busy. While I was waiting for my meal, I can guarantee they did not make any single mistake. This is impressive because I did not heard any mistakes from the customers. They are all check before taking it and did not complain about forget or having mistake of their foods . I am waited almost 30 minutes. It is also very fast. Even if I have to wait, I will come to this place again. Really worth the time and recommend it.

This place is just meant for sitting located in the terminal. The kitchen which is 50m away has sitting place as well. Delivery was done by robots.

Nicely located at the T1 departure area. Very convenient. Seating is all new, clean and orderly. Food is good, except that the cakes come in a paper tray with plastic spoon. That was a little off considering that these are McCafe items with a premium price. Coffee was good, not overly sweet.

Went to McDonalds to have a meal to try out the new nasi lemak offering. Also got tempted by the GCB burger. The food itself was pretty good! What’s even better is the service received by an employee superstar Sharvin. He was very friendly and had a great personality. Hire more people like him please! Solid customer service!
